ABSTRACT STAFFING INFORMATION SYSTEM DESIGN BASED WEB IN UNIVERSITAS ADVENT INDONESIA Rinto Susanto Medi NIM: 1082007 The rapid development of information technology in the last decade was very influential on various aspects of life in the world in general and Indonesia in particular. Especially offices that have access large data processing, because data processing is no longer possible to use the manual method because it is less effective and efficient. Universitas Advent Indonesia are still using paper that in a sense less rapidly in employee data. For it in design a personnel information system that could facilitate the performance of the Universitas Advent Indonesia. CodeIgniter is a form of technology using PHP framework that simplifies the process of creating web applications to be designed. The goal in the design of Web-Based Information Systems Officer at Universitas Advent Indonesia order to facilitate data collection and data search functionality employee with data, employee data retrieval faster and better as necessary.
