ABSTRACT LAND AND BUILDING TAX CONTRIBUTION TO INCONIE AREA BANDUNG By: lman Franklyn Tampubolon This study aims untu kmengetahui how much land and building tax, to find out how much local revenue and to find out how much contribution to the Land and Building Tax Revenue Bandung. This research was conducted using descriptive methods, ie data is collected, analyzed, and presented to give a fairly clear picture of the object of study. The data obtained and analyzed to be concluded. Techniques of data collection conducted interviews with the authorities as well as through written data provided by the company. The data is then analyzed using linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. Based on this research, it is knorvn that the highest condition of land and building tax Bandung in 2005 - 201 I of Rp 190,21.3,287.212.00 occurred in 2010. Lorvest condition Land and buitding tax ofRp 67,357.158..133.00 occurred in 2005. Based on this research, it is knorvn that the highest incorne conditions ofBandung in 2005 - 201 I of Rp. 2,877 ,444,102,085.00 occurred in 201 I . Lowest condition Bandung Regional income ofRp. 416,004,953,913.00 in 2005. Based on statistical analyzes that have been conducted by the author, obtained linear equation Y: -1,187,009,081,473.59 +18.7'77 X rvhich means Land and Building Tax Revenue amounted to 18.777 then increased. Known value of the correlation coetficient (r) of 0.923, meaning that a very strong relationship betrveen the trvo variables. Based on Hypothesis Testing has been done. tbund that 5.363 t 2.571 t table nreans that Ho is rejected Hl is accepted. then rhe hypothesis that there is a considerable contribution between the Land and Building Tax Revenue Bandung. Based on the Determinasi coefficient of 85.2% this value indicates the magnitude of the effect of the tax on land and building revenue and the rest I4,8% Bandung area are int.luenced by factors other than income.
