ABSTRACT DESIGN OF PROCEDURAL PROCUREMENT SYSTEM WEB-BASED ON UNIVERSITAS ADVENT INDONESIA ERIKH NOPENDOLA SARAGIH NIM: 1181038 The development of information technology now is growing very rapidly, it caused from people needed information increasingly. Many areas taken advantage from information system of computer-based to facilitate the work. The purpose of this research is to create a ordering system procedure of goods can run well, to make system better in procedure agreement from ordering goods can run well, to make system procedure of delivering goods run well. The research method is the waterfall model, the stages such as requirements analysis, design, coding and testing of the system. After doing research, designed system can input the data items quickly, accurately and running properly, and controlled according to the procedure. Keywords: Procedural, Procurement, Requisition.
