ABSTRACT PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENCATATAN INVENTORY DAN MEMO ONLINE PADA MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT UNIVERSITAS ADVENT INDONESIA JOHAN NIM : 1182014 Inventory is one of the fundamental problems in the phenomenal company. Both companies trade and service companies, inventory is a significant portion of current assets in various businesses. Because inventory is one of the factors that determine the smooth production and sales, the importance of a proper inventory processing. Maintenance Indonesian Adventist University is a stock of goods for damage deposit, which is devoted to students and faculty who live on the campus of the Adventist University of Indonesia (UNAI). The main activity is the UNAI maintenance repair existing damage on campus UNAI. In connection with these activities, conducted research to make an application online at the inventory and maintenance UNAI scrap that can be used to facilitate the input of goods in and out as well as facilitate the students and faculty to appeal to repair the damage. Research carried out by identifying the needs of the application through analysis of maintenance department, to be designed according to the needs of the department. All the information requirements set forth in the implementation of the system design of the system, both the design of the page and the database is capable of storing data in the form of data items, buyer data, and data repair application.
