INTERKOS JAYA BHAKTI By: Andri Sutrisno Aritonang The purpose of this research is to know the sales budget planning, the effectiveness, and the role of sales budget in supporting the sales effectiveness in PT. INTERKOS JAYA BHAKTI, which located in Jl. Indokarya II BIok G Kav l, co!u---lrlt--g r - r1 \I^ual Lt ll Jr-al-l-\ra- l ta. This study was a descriptive research, that the data was obtained by cotlecting, analysing, presenting the data and also giving an obvious description about the research object. Therefore, the collected data was analysed to take a conclusion. The tecirnique of coilecting data was by interviewing the employer and also through the written data which was given by the company. The result showed that PT. INTERKOS JAYA BHAKTI had done the sales budget planning well enough, for the budgeting is made based on the sales realization from the previous year and upcoming prediction. With the same strategy between the employer and the customer. the sales effectiveness of PT. INTERKOS JAYA BHAKTI from 2009-201 I was effective.
