According to those things, thus service provided will be decreased caustng the visit of patients to BL4H declined. Based on the result and statistical analysis, the researcher comparing between actuol and ideal scores found lhat the financial welfare recently worth of 72,39%, while non financiol welfare at 70%o, it shows that non financial welfare still need concern over the Management, because for the issue of the application in working @unishment and rewarding) having the lowest results at 0,600 or 600% for actual and ideal tesl scores (see attachment). For T+est and F+est known that ; frnoncial and non Jinancial welfare generally have an influence upon productivity as worth of 2,642 and 4,620, everything b bigger than Ttable which is 1,999, while for F-test as worth as 10,901 > (btqgel) than F+able which is 3,14.
