ABSTRACT EFFECT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF WORK MOTIVATION EMPLOYEES AT. POS INDONESIA BANDUNC By: Rosine Katerina Situmorang The purpose of this study was to find out how to work motivation and employee performance, and to lmow how to inJluencc employee motivation to employee performance in PT. POS INDONESIA The method used in this research is descriptive rnethod, that data collected under real circumstances, analpd, and conclusions drawn. Collecting data through interview and give the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Sperman Rank analysis and Likert scale. ln general the results of data processing can be known that the motivation of ernplolees, staff, manager at PT. POS INDONESIA well where the employees to the job with a full sense of responsibility, the factors that support the safety and sectlrity work such as medical benefits and social securily. From the data processing can be seen that the performance of enrployees at PT. POS INDONESIA either where the enrployee is responsible and have tlte nature ofhonesty and have high initiative. Based on statistical analysis of known spennan rank correlation coefficient (rs) = 0.4 is I means the relationship between employee motivation employee performance is strong. Based on t test = 1.776 and then t_hitung and t,tabel = L771 then t_hitung>uabel Ho is rejected, it means that there is a significant and positive relationship between motivation to work with employee pertormance. The amount of correlation coefficient Kd) = 16.81%. This means that changes in employee performance 16.81%, demonstrated by changes in work motivation. And the remaining 83.197o by other factors outside the study.
