ABSTRACT THE IMPACT OF FILING AND WORK EFFICIENCY TOWARD ORGANIZATIONAL EFECTIVITY IN PT. DIRGANTARA INDONESIA (IAe) Hotmauli Marcelina Tamba NIM: 1233004 The purpose of this study is to know the impact of filing and work efficiency toward organizational effectiveness in PT Dirgantara Indonesia (IAe). The aim of this research are to know how is the impact of filing toward organizational effectiveness, how is the impact of work efficiency toward organizational effectiveness and how is the impact of filing and work efficiency toward organizational effectiveness Population in this research is all administration worker and the sample is administration worker representative from two department using Taro Yamane formula, the total of the sample is 40 respondent. The instruments used in this study are questionnaire and literature reviews and studies. For data analysis and calculation used in this study were validity, reliability, descriptive statistic, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, simple regression to see partial impact of each variable, as well as multiple regression to see the simultaneous effect of two variable (X1, X2) toward Y. The finding showed that (1) there is no impact of filing toward organizational effectiveness. (2). There is an impact of work efficiency toward organizational effectiveness is 22,1%, and (3) the impact of filing and work efficiency toward organizational effectiveness is 22%.
