ABSTRACT EXAMINATION OF OPERATIONS SALES ROLE IN SI]PPORTING TIIE MANAGEMENT OF SALES ON PT. PENTA PRIMA GEMILANG By: Yuko Christy Carolina The purpose of this research is to investigate the implementation of the operational audit of sales and sales management at PT. Penta Prima Gemilang and to find out how the role of the examinations sales operations in support of sales management at PT.
