ABSTRACT TEE ROLE OF OPERATIONAL AUDTT IN PRODUCTION QUALITY CONTROLEFTORTS IN PT EI\TERGIZER INDONESIA By: Nemytha Eunice Hutagalung The author conducted research at PT Energizer Indonesia, intended to dercrmine how the implementation of operational audit is carried out, the production quality control efforts and the role of operational audit in production quality control efforts. The method used in this study is descriptive, that is, data is collected based on real circumstances or the condition of the company. In collecting these dafa the author used these methods: frequently asked questions, questionnaires and documentation Based on the results of the questionnaire that the author has done, operational audit implementation has an overall total of 4.17 which means that said indicator has been implemented properly. PT. Energizer lndonesia's effort to control the quality of production can be seen from the overall result, the mean total is 4.01 which means that this frrnction has been going well. Based on statistical calculations, correlation coefficient aaalysis (4) equal to 0.625 which indicates that the relationship of operational audit in an effort to control the quality of production is strong. By using a statistical test (t) obtained Lo.-t > tt"n" is 4.314 > 1.699 so the statement Ho is rejected, which means that there is a significant relationship betvreen operational audit and production quality control. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, then operational audit has a role in production quality control efforts with the p€rcentage of 39.10 %. While the remaining 60.90 yo is influenced by other factors outside the study.
