By seeing the knowLedge development from western that often caused teenage mischief i-n this case the students, that's why we need a life orientation to fortify them so they will not contaminated by teenaqers mj-schief . School invol-vement in increase students spirj-tua.I . Riau Daratan Adventist Juni.or School- was a schooL that balances out mentality, physicaf and child spiritual. To increase the students spiritual, school is going to hofd spj-rj-tual activities before class begin like morning worship together, praying together, chapeJ- programs and bible deepening. and cfass wilI be ended up by also praying together. So, hopefully those given activities can be appropriate with our hopes (Childs potentiaf can be optimized ), some guidance methods for Riau Daratan Junior School. by habituation methods in school environment. Because of teachers responsibility in school was very big in determine Childs religrous basics in the future. Because commonly religion that somebody adopted was determi-ned by parent's education and teachers' , and also from their childhood experiences. The students also need schoof supervision by principal's involvement as the insti-tution leader and teacher services as the educators and parents whom spent more time with their children. In case gave a supervisi-on to the students, the principal shouLd have gi-ven the best examples by nice attitudes for teachers and for the students, teacher attitudes for principal, parents of the students and also for the students. Descriptivel-y, the research result shows that the principal Ieadership in Riau Daratan Adventist School was rncluding the good categories with average scores 4.4333, teacher service effects 4.3661 , and students spiritual also good with averages 4.37. Based on this research, we suggested the principal leadership and teachers' must be increase because by those factors was proven can affect high or low the students spiritual.
