ABSTRACT THE ROLE OF SECRETARY IN HANDLING EMPLOYEE DATA ARCHIEVE IN HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT ON PT INDO TAMBANGRAYA MEGAH TBK Written by: Monica Fiorentina Karwur NIM: 1533005 This writing aims to find out how the process of handling employee data archives in the human resource department at PT Indo Tambangraya Megah tbk or often called as ITM. In archiving documents, employee in the archives section are expected to have good archival skills, because archives are an important administrative activities. This writing are use a Job-Training method for four hundred and forty one hours. Type of archived documents are curriculum vitae, job application letter, application form, interview form by user and hr department, photocopy of diploma and transcript, photocopy of identity card, family card, taxpayer ID, bpjs kesehatan dan ketenagakerjaan, and bank account, photocopy of decisions letter and employment contract, medical test, English test, psychology test, certificate, and experience certificate. ITM is a large company that has subsidiaries spread over several big cities in Indonesia, therefore, the writer help to improve the archive system in ITM by using geographic system, by using geographic system will facilitate the employee in searching employee document if needed. This way it is done by the writer have a positive impact for employees in ITM, because it makes it easier for employee in finding documents as a consideration for the company.
