ABSTRACT ADDITIONAL GROWTH SOLVING IN MEDIA MURASHIGE AND SKOOG MODIFICATIONS TO PLANT GRANLET POTATO (Solanum tuberosum L.) ATLANTIC, GRANOLA AND MEDIANS Ellen Vera Natalia Simatupang 1341013 Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) is a highland vegetable horticultural plant that includes the Solanaceae family which is one of the world's main foodstuffs after rice, wheat, and corn, because of its advantages in supplying approximately 12 essential vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, and iron. Potato demand from year to year tends to increase with population growth. In this study, addition of growth solving in media murashige and skoog modification to grantlet Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) Atlantic Variance, Granola and Medians was described. MS medium was used as a potato growing medium (Solanum tuberosum L.) by ZPT addition method which helped multiply the roots and accelerate plantlet height. The given ZPT levels were BAP 3 mg, NAA 1 mg, GA3 0.1 mg, respectively. By using ANOVA Factorial analysis, the research result showed that the significant level was α 0,05. The results obtained showed that (1) ZPT affected the number of roots with p = 0,000, and by using Duncan's multiple range test, it was found that without the use of hormones or controls it gave significance to the analysis of variance analysis (ANAVA). (2) Varieties affected the number of roots with p = 0,000 values, from Duncan multiple range test it was found that Atlantic varieties gave significance to the analysis of variance analysis (ANAVA). (3) The interaction of varieties on ZPT affected the number of roots with p = 0,000. (4) ZPT affected the height of the plantlet with p = 0,000, from Duncan multiple range tests it was found that control or without ZPT was the best because it gave significance to the analysis of variance analysis (ANAVA). (5) Varieties affected the growth of plantlet height with p = 0,000, from Duncan's multiple-range test, the Atlantic varieties provided significance to the analysis of variance analysis (ANAVA). (6) The interaction of varieties on ZPT affected the height of the plantlet with p = 0,000. Keywords: Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.), MS Media, ZPT, Potato Varieties and Tissue Culture
