ABSTRACT EFFECTS OF GROWTH SALES IN PLANTING MEDIA SUBCULTURE WITH HIGH PLANTLET PAPRIKA (Capsicum annum var Grossum L.) IN-VITRO Eva Adventina Matanari NIM: 1341012 Paprika (Capsicum annum Var Grossum L.) is a plant derived from eggplant or Solanaceae, and is also a fruit producer that tastes sweet and slightly spicy. Paprika has many benefits as flavoring or cooking ingredients, but it is also used as a food coloring agent. Many contain carotene and as a source of vitamin C. This study was conducted to determine the effect of growth regulator substance on subculture medium shoots to high platlet paprika (Capsicum annum var grossum L.) in-vitro on one spider red star varieties. The results of this study showed that the effect of ZPT on paprika height with p = 0,000 (less than α = 0.05), where the hormone Giberelin (Gb) with 4 ppm dose showed the best results, with a high mean of 2.0940 cm.
