ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP AND BIG FIVE PERSONALITY TOWARDS EMPLOYEES STRESS Written by: Grace Elfrida Fitriasi NIM: 1431036 The purpose of this research was to see if the influence of leadership towards one another as well as the climate of the organization had either a partial or simultaneous effect towards stress of the employees in Kampoeng Legok Ressort and Cafe. The population that was used were respondents that were the employees of the hotel with an amount of 40 fixed employees. The analysis that was used in this research were average analysis, coefficient correlation analyisis, T test, coefficient determination analysis, simple regression analysis, double coefficient analysis, F test, and a double regression analysis. The research showed partial infuluence of leadership had a significant effect towards the big five personality. And the big five personalityhad no significant effect towards the stress employees. The influence of leadership towards one another as well as the big five personality simultaneously had a significant effect on the stress employee Key Words: influence of Leadership, Big Five Personality, Stress Employee
