ABSTRACT TUGAS SEKRETARIS SEBAGAI MARKETING COMMUNICATOR PADA DEPARTEMEN PEMASARAN DI PURWADHIKA STARTUP AND CODING SCHOOL. Written By: Wela Siska Wati NIM: 1633004 The purpose of this study was to find out how the secretary's task as a marketing communicator in the marketing department at Purwadhika startup and coding school and the order handling process of client participation in an event or workshop organized by Purwadhika Startup and Coding School, which included the process of handling and managing events or workshops. This research was conducted using the method of field work for approximately 2 (two) months, with a total work of 433 hours in accordance with the standards set by the Adventist University of Indonesia. The results showed that the task of the secretary in the Marketing Communication department at Purwadhika Startup and Coding School as a Marketing Communicator included managing and inputting data on clients who registered to participate in events and workshops, then transferred into database form manually with Microsoft Excel and the handling process order by replying to every incoming email from prospective clients who want to join in participating in an event or workshop through social media. Based on these results the authors suggest that a secretary as a marketing communicator must be able to operate computer technology as well as some social communication media such as websites, facebook, goers, whatsapp, evenbrite and others as a tool to market events or workshops.
