The purpose of this study is to make a system of emptoyee,s data information- in PT. Su,adaya Panduartha" including the attendance, t.,ertime pay, thc permission ofleave, performance assessment, processing ofemployee payroil. The method used in this research is utilizes design tool such as the context {iagrryr, entity relationship diagram for tlatabase desigq relations tables, data flow diagrams, and data dictionary. This information system is designed by using visual Basic, and Microsoft Acces. The results of the design information systeri are expected to make dara processing and employment report faster. The author expects- a better development than what writers do, for example, view the application modified to look more attra1ive and leave the form view can bring nik, names and titles of employees directly.
