PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENGIRIMAN BARANG BERBASIS WEB PADA PERUSAHAAN MORABASA LOGISTICS

ABSTRACT This mini-thesis is a report of research on the developmenl of web-based delivery information system in Morabasa Logistics Company. The reason to develop this program is that the cost of rent per month for online information system used by company is increasing. Therefore it was developed a web-based delivery information system with the same function as the old system in order to be able to assist in managing the data of tracking. The author use web programming language such ad PHP, HTML, CSS and Javascript with MySQL. The methods performed by the author is the method of SLDC (System Development Life Cycle), starting from data collection, systems analysis, desip models, and application of the system. The result of the development is formed a web'based delivery infomration system that can store the data of tracking, displaying information about tracking, create schedule tracking, invoice report, tracking report and driver payment report. But the system is not perfect ye! it could not generate reports in pdf and excel format. Therefore, it is suggested that there will be a subsequent research that can improve and develop the frurction of web-based del ivery information system.
