ABSTRACT The development of an information system useful to enhance productivity in the scholarship system performance Adventist University of Indonesia. The development includes the process of registration and receipt ofa scholarship. ln the application of this system writer using a web-based applications, This application has been used for other systems in UNAI, namely the online system to enroll students. The desigr of scholarships information systems are designed to perform data processing students, scholarship providers, category, ty,pe of scholarship, and scholarship registration statement. After processing the data it will get the output to be submitted to the Vice Rector III or the provider of scholarship. The output is used as an aide in decision making recipients. It is expected that this system will be useful for the development of information systems scholarships at Adventist University of lndonesia. Particularly to facilitate the employee in the office of the Vice Rector III in accessing or processing the data of scholarships. In addition to the resources used effectively and efficiently.
