PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN DI RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDAR LAMPUNG
XMLEFFECT OT' MOTIVATION EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE LAMPUNG SATISFACTION OF HOSPITAL BANDAR AND JOB IN ADVENT Dersinius Rudolf Saragih ABSTRACT The research objective was to assess the effect ofjob satisfaction and motivation to work performance and to assess the lactors that have a more dominant inJluence on job performance. Methods of research in this thesis using data collection questionnaires distributed to employees Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital. Measwement of variables using the Likert scale attitude towards the situation of the subject agreement or object described in a statement to 3 (three) to 9 (nine) scale, generally 5 (hve) scaleiAgusWahr udi.l006:5 I ). To analyze the dara obtained through questionnaires, the first step in this research is editing and processing of data in the form of tabulated results of respondents, answers was then performed using the method of data analysis eualitative Analysis and Quantitative Analysis. Quantitative analysis to test the hypothesis of associative (the influence between variables) using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis approach to the calculation using the help of a computer application program. Statistical tesr results obtained rhit:0.707> r Cronbach alpha = 0.60, so that all the items reliable statement. Based on theoretical studies and the results ol data analysis, it can be concluded that the motivation of employees working in Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospitat at, 45.5o/o in affecting job performance, job satisfaction of employees in Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital at,23.6oh in affecting achievement Achievement of work of employees working in Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital acquired 47.375% of belong to the category enough. Motivation and job satisfaction jointly affect the work performance of employees in Bandar Larnpung Adventist Hospital rvith F test results for l0 039 and a significance level of 0.032. Based on the above conclusion. the implication that researchers are expected to be given to employees in Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital to increase work motivation and work performance of employees so that the resulting work would be better. It is expected that the motivation of employees in Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital will provide job satisfaction and morale. In order to improve employees' performance in Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital can be improved tkough moti!'ation and.job sarislaction is good. Kevu'ords : Motivation.
