HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI PASIEN TENTANG KUALITAS PELAYANAN DENGAN CITRA RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDAR LAMPUNG
XML"The Relationships Perception Of Patients About euality Service Image Ba ndar Lampung Adventist Hospital" Sugiarto ABSTRACT Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital has decreased the number of inpatient visits lrom 2008 until 2010, the decline in the number of inpatient visits indicate the decreasing ofthe hospital's image. . This study is a survey research with explanatory type research to anallze the relationship of the patient's percrption of service quality, technically and functionally with the image of Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital. The population in this study were inparients Adventist Hospital in Belfast in February 2012. Sample of 100 people drawn at.andom. Statistical methods used in this study using the analyzed by quantitative research results with univariate methods or find percentages, bivariate t test and f test, to find the relationship is done by Chi-Square rest. Based on the survey results revealed the patient's perception of the professionalism of both (83.6010), assurance about the patient's perception of (83.6%), patient's perceprion about the reliability of about (E3.3%), patient perc€ption ofthe attitudes ofabout (82.3%), patient perception about accesiibilit-v either by (80.E%), perceptions of patients about good risponseveness (g2.E%), perc.eptions of patients about the good tangible (82.30/.), patient perception of empathy for abour (82.1%) and patient perceptions abour the hoipital'i image about (83.0%). Based on the results of studies using t test and f test is known that the quality ofservices technically and functionally have an influence on the image of Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital. Based on the results of the study showed no association of the patient,s p€rception of quality technical services (professionalism, with p : 0.000, p - 0.000 with assurance) and functional quality (reliability with p:0.000, p:0.b00 with the attitudes, accessibility with p:0.000, responseveness with p :0.000, p = 0.000 with a tangible and empathy with p : 0.000) with the image of the iS. Advent Bandar Lampung. The results of the study with a logistic regression analysis showed the influence from each of professionalism, assurance, reliability. attitudes, accessibility, responseveness, tangible and empathy to ward rhe image of the hospital. Based on the results of logistic regression analysis as known thir most influential ofthe image is variable accessibility. Recommended for managemen! to maintain the quality of service where the obtained quality of the health care provider would therefore indirectlr influence the image of Bandar tampung Adventist Hospital.
