Before Jesus ascended into heaven He gave orders to his disciples to preach the gospel to all people all over the world. At this time many churches do not grow, spiritually degenerate members, many arising apostasy, church finances are inadequate, and the number of members is also not increased. Surely thj-s could occur because members of the church itseLf is not doing its job. Program 'SEHATKU" into a container in which the members of the church could grow and become involved in running the gr.eat commission of our Lord Jesus Chri.st. If any of God's people doi-ng personal care it will produce a qual-ity of God's people and it will- have an impact on the increase in the number of members. The intent and purpose of this research is the first to determine whether the program "SEHATKU" be good thanks to the congregation and guests. Second, to determine whether the progran has a good chance to reach out and bring to the knowledge of the truth of God's word. Third, to determine whether the program effecti-vely become a place where church members can be involved in individual evangeJ-ism. Eourth to determine the effect of the program on the progress of individualevangelism in the Region XVI Conference Jakarta Area, both spiritual growth or a member of the church growth in quantity. Great Cornmission of Jesus Christ in Matthew 28279, 20 is a command to do evangel-ism individually. Evangelism command was simplified into three parts, namely go and make disciples, and teaching. Program gives a very good effect in promoting individual evangelism efforts for the program "SEHATKU" church member can testify to the guests about the goodness of God because the conmand "go" is closely refated to testify. Making a pupil does not just make people become members of the church but a man who l-earns to Ilve like his teacher and also teach others to five as he had lived. Program into a contaj.ner that provides an opportunity for church mem.bers can apply this great command. The command "teaching" in the great corunission intends to provj.de guidance so that new members can practice doing and redistribute al-I the lessons that have been acquired. Program opens the opportunity that each member the opportunity to testify, teach, and conduct a more personal approach that wilL open opportunities to qrow spiritually and to increase the number of new converts.
