To solve this probJ.em, it is needed to understand and reLate it to your ourn self. Conflict possessed a deep dimension that involves individuals, in this case, a husband and wife came from the same tribe but have different background about religlon. The problem gets comp.Ij,cated and the conflict is getting worse if this culture, and individuaf is related to economy, social, differences, and association with the conununity. Two individuals formed a family, in a certain range of time, will experience unstabl-e farrily life if ever influence by a third party that will support and wil-f divide the husband and wife relationship. Third party incfudes parent from both sides, or other person who wants to intervene in the husband and wife relationship. Honesty, loya1ty, is very much needed to both husband and wife for the sake of malntaining a family that they formed. There is a possibility that love wifl fade as marriage life goes on. In this case study, fanrily of Lilian and Sidartha experienced troubfesome situation that even bring some side/party to generate dispute leading to: suicide attempt. Suicidal act is not the best so]ution for this. The church pastor, as counselor, took strategic steps without teaching the husband and wife. He allowed himsel-f to .Iisten and understand both sides and he went through a step that will not hurt the feelings of any party and tried to make them close again by inviting the husband and wife to socialize with their environment, especialfy $rith church members who are active to do a visitation periodically and systematically with this f anri 1y . The happiness of husband and wife was restored because of their awareness, and if they want to change the way they look about the probl-em that they lighted up and try to go over their love they feel ashamed. The counselor who understood the probfem between husband and wife, with wisdom, instructed them how important to increase their spiritual 1ife, associate with other church members, and ]et the Holy Spirit work in their hearts. A manage conflict accompanied with wisdom may bring an atmosphere that is pleasant in the f andIy.
