Exercise has the benefit of lowering blood glucose levels' prevent heart disease, obesity, to prevent of type 2 diabetes and reduce the insulin supply. VO n., is the moximum capacity to trdnspolt and use oxygen during exercise, so it is possible to do the intensity exercise of 4094 VOz,* which is given before glucose intake in order to reduce llrc levels of glucose in the blood. High-intensity exercise can only be done by athletes, but an intensity of 40ok YO z.* is a moderate exercise that con be done almost by everyone. The research was conducted to j0 participants aged 2l :3 years oldfrom the Adventist (lniversity of Indonesia, which is divided into three treatment groups: lhe group rreatment of glucose control, the group teatment of exercise control, and the group treatmenl based on lhe exercise 10ok l/O 2^* for l0 minutes glucose intake, then conducted intake of 75 groms of glucose dissolved into a solution of 250 ml of glucose profites investigoted changes in blood glucose at duration of 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes. Analysis data is used to see the difference in average signtfcance by comparing the three treatment groups. The results showed that there was no signtficant change between the changes in blood glucose of glrcose control group with the experimental treatment group (16796.0 + 15831.5 + 2,833 vs. 2,610) with p> 0.05. From the results of this resemch loown that intensity exercise 40ok Vo2ma.x duration of l0 minutes performed before glucose intake did not afect the profile changes in postprandial blood glucose levels.
