Bu! unfornrnately because utilization of computer technology is not maximal using by it self. Whereas, improvement and progression an organization is very affected by ushg tecbnology especially computer. One of the technology who can helping service improvement of Clinic Universitas Advent Indonesia is internet technology. Writer have been desip an web-based application which goal for helping service improvement of Clinic of Universitas Advent Indolesia This lveb-bas€d application infomration system outpatiert of Clinic Udversitas Advent Indonesia is created by using programming language of PHP & MYSQL which is a technology who can helping activity of Clinic 1JNAI in daily operational activity. This web-based application is accessible by ustng intemet with the result that helping user accessed dala patient, data medicitre, and data finances of Clinic UNAI easier, anytime and wherever you are on fast and accuratq and also useful for helping the treaswer as top nanagement of Clinic TINAI in case making clinic policy in the firture. However, this application caanot record inpatient activity and calculate finaace report in daily month.
