ABSTRACT INFORMATION SYSTEMS A}IALYSIS AND DESIGN OF BUYING, SELLING AI\ID STORE IIV!'ENTORY IN BARISTA By: Alfritr Rudisonly Mese Seran Data information system purchases, sales and inventory system is one of the required information on Barista Coffee, information systern aims to manage the purchase transaction data, inventory and sales data managernent ofraw materials. ln the event that the information system is designed is very important because it prevents the occurrence of errors in the implementation procedure purchases, sales and inventory so that data processing can be done as well as possible. lnformation systons sales, purchasing and inventory used in Barista Coffee in processing and data storage is still manual, not using software applications specialized in handling the process of selling and buying food and drink, therefore necessary to have an computerized based information system in particular section administration to develop information systems purchases and sales of food and beverages in order to simplify the process of data ranging from the purchase of raw materials to the stage of the sale of food and beverages as well as report generation stage ofpurchase of goods, sales rqrorts and inventory reports. Purchasing information systerns, hclude inventory sales - transaction data processing, the activities carried out and obtain research reports as well as data purchases, sales and inventory at Barista Coffee. The process undertaken to develop information systerns purchases, sales iaventory by using visual basic and designing is done by creating a data flow diagram ( DFD ), whereas the data modeling is illustrated with ERD. After passing through the expected stages of design. data processing can be done more quickly and precisely. More neatly in storage and report generation time required is shorter than ever before. In the report the sale, purchase and inventory aims to provide a necessary information so that an informed decision can be taken to help the performance of the activities carried out in the administration in order to be implernented effectively aad efficiently.
