ABSTACT The development is very fast today, so that people get the information required for rapid and cost effective. Fast so that the information will assist users in interacting with each other it quickly. In this study desigr is described on the sms center using atmegal2S mikrokontroler that the program in C. GSM modem connected to the system that serves as a rec€iver and sender of the message sent by the sewer number. From the results that have been tried, then any number of sewers to send a message to the GSM modem then the microcontoller will send back to the number in the database. So that all numbers in the database will receive the same sms. In programming sms center there are also ways to progam a variety of menu on the display. The system is connected to all the tools, to enter the data directly from the keyboard is also provided, making it easier for users to use this tool. And to edit the numbers in the daabase can also be done directly from the keyboard. AII the more easy because of many firnctions and applications are added in this study, such as the display firnction that will display all of the input data, edit dat4 and the incoming sms. From the resulb of testing tlus sms center, obtained the conclusion that the GSM modem can receive and send messages back to dl numbers in the database.
