ABSTRACK This thesis is a research report on the design ofa web based TOEFL exam system in Indonesian Adventist university language lab The reason he designed a web based ToEFL test systems are due in Advent Indonesian university systems are the TOEFL exam yet web based that can assist in managing the data' Therefore, the authors designed a rveb based TOEFL test system with the goal of helping faculty performance language lab in managing data and presenting the TOEFL exam questions in order to more easily, effectively and effrciently' The design oi a rveb based TOEFL exam system is applying the methodology of observation, literature, and interviews, the design process systematically, beginning at the level of systems analysis, design, code, and testing The results of the design is the creation ofa web based ToEFL test system that can provide you with exam questions are practical, store the test data and the data of examinees, and displays all data that is stored in the program.
