ABSTRACT Process leaming and teaching more qualified measured by all administrations, web based leaming and teaching system will be betterwhen we use in educatiorg to help learning and teaching a process more affective. This research is used Software Development Life Cycte (SDLC) method; they are analysis, desip, simulation, prototype, implementation and monitoring. From all the methods that have been done all the analysis, desip, prototype, imPlementation and monitoring process rvill achieve perfect result From the result of the research that has been conduted, we can know that with information system le€ming and t€aching can help leaming and teaching process more optimal. This application will help lecturer to distribute their subject material, quizzes, show student's grade and it will help lecturer interact with tleir sudens through discussion and this program provided sending message application. This application not perfect yet if it used in Universitas Advent Indonesi4 researcher suggested to fi[ther researcher to maximize, especially in test management and adapt UNAI's system.
