ABSTRACT By: Bertua Simbolon The research on the desigr of the system of procurement of goods and servic.es in the weFbased University of Indonesia Adventist. As for the reason he developed the system of procurement of goods and services is a web- based because the SOP on campus UNAI still use manual way (using the paper). Thereforr, surveyors laid out the goods and services procurement system is weL based with pouring into existing web SOIIP and give proposals for improvements to the system of procurement of goods and services in a more effective, in order for UNAI and efficiently. The design ofthe system the process of procurement of goods and services created this web.based login for user, head of Deparnnent, Deparunent of Purchasing, Vice Rector II and foundations to facilitate us€r access to th€ data provided, the Vice Rector II do consent at the request of such goods and services and Purchasing Department will make data procurement to the purchasing process. And the web is also instrumental in aiding the managerial policy decisions for the SOP of procurement ofgoods and services. This Program there has been no direct notification of data that have been approved by the Vice Rector II. Therefore, the author the opportunity to colleagues to provide the development ofthe system of procurement of goods and services.
