ABSTRACT Mobile Technology is a technology currenrly in use by humans. The advantage ofthis technology is this technolog). can be used anywhere because it is easy to carry. Author utilize this rechnologf in Adventist University of Indonesia for recording water and electricity in lecturer's houses. Previously, the record of water and electricity in lecturer's houses still using paper and still counting the bilt manually. This research rvas conducred b1 identify the needs ofthe application through the field observation that are designed according to the needs. This application uses the android platform as rhe fiont-end that can be used to recording the meter of water and electricity and host site on a server as the back-end that can be used by UNAI Depanment in calculating pa\ menr of water and electricity bills in lecturer,s houses. The result of this research is this app make Maintenance Departmenl of tNAI easier in the record and calculate the \\ater and electricitv bills for lecturer's house.
