ABSTRACT The author did this research with the aim to know the pharmacy bformation system on PI.RASAPALA, knowing execution of the purchasing data system processing that arc running, and the role of pharmacy informatiotr systems to support purchase PT.RASAPALA recording. This research uses descriptive method the method of collecting and interpreting data in order to generate the information needed to analyze problems and conducting interviews and distibuting questionnaires to the parties involved in this study. Measuernent scale used is the Likert scalg and the writer formulate the hlpothesis is 'that there is a positive role between the pharmacy infomration system to record the purehase on PT.RASAPALA." statistical tests using t-test with o = 0.05. In a company, purchase records play atr important role for the development of the company. Thus, the more the compan/s activities so that necessary tool in carrying out its duties, the tool is a pharmacy information system that appropriate to support the process of purchase recording companies for company goals can be achieved. To control the right purchase recording, we need a help from the pharmacy information system that will serve to assess and examine how the recording of purchases carried out in the company, whether in accordance with established or not. Pharmacy information systems are also give a useful information and advice to the interests of corporate management and as a basis for consideration in corporatedecision making. Based on a statistical calculation using the correlation or Spearman rank rs = 0.6031, which indicates that the relationship between the role of the pharmacy inforrnation systern with a purchase record is a powerful and positive. From the results of hypothesis tests performed, oblained t_count = 2.7262 while t_table based on a sipificant level of 0.95 with degrees of freedom (N-2) : l5-2 = l3 is 1.771, which means that t.ounpt6sy"is 2.7262> l77l.It does show that Ho is rejected there is a significant relationship between information systems with the listing of purchase. From the coeflicient of determination, it is known thalKd= 36.3'l%, this means that 36.310/o changes the listing of purchase can be indicated by changes in information systems, and the remaining 63.63% is indicated by other factors outside of this research.
