ABSTRACT The use of computers in PT. Baradinamika Mudasukses is not optimal to make data processing and employment report. So the company needs an employment program which can help to solve this problem. The method used in this research is utilizes design tool such as the context diagram, entity relationship diagram for database desip, relations tables, data flow diagrams, and data dictionary. This information system is designed by using P[IP, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, and MySQL. The results of the design information system are experted to make data processing and employment report faster. This system will be useful for the development of information system at PT. Baradimmika Mudasukses Malinau especially for HRD, the development of system will be better in the future. Keywords : Systern Information, database, PHP
