ABSTRACT At this time the development of information technology has grown in all fields of worlq and has changed the way of life for many people because the job more efficiently and effectively. The author seeks to make an application in the field of information systems File Letter Faculty of lnfonnation Technology at Adventist University of Indonesia. Which aims to facilitate the secretary in the pmcessing of mail files zuch as crcating a letter & decree, letter by type of storage, mail search, conversion lette6, and preparing reports. The authors make this application using PHP & MySQL. This application is still many shortcomings, such as can not display the type of file letter fiom the organization in UNAI and many more that must be develop€d that is expected to be carried out by researchen firther and could be usefirl for the Faculty of Information Technology.
