ABSTRACT ANALISA DAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI ADMINISTRASI KEPEGAWAIAN DI KAIITOR KECAMATAN PARONGPONG BERBASIS VISUAL BASIC 6.0 Oleh f,ogo Sabatino Davidson Kore Ludji Parongpong districrc is one of the districts are in West Bandung regency, which was inaugurated by the Regional Head of West Java: H. R. MOH' Yogi' S' M' dated 28 september 1992. Division of Human Resources and General Affairs is department taht responsible for the employment data. The system used at the Parongpong District Office when authors do research until now still manually, not organized by a computerized system. To create a list of the employees are still using MS-Excel and MS-Word to create employment report. The purpose of this research is to design an information system processing employee data in order to maintain data rank and offrce employees, maintaining employee attendance data, maintain data value of work, employees maintaining employee payroll data, maintain data furlough employees, maintaining employee mutation data, create reports rank and position of employees, employee attendance reporting, create reports employee assessment, employee payroll reporting, create reports off employees, and create reports Mutation employees. This informatiotr system design using visual Basic 6.0 as programming language and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as the database. Results of the system design can help solve the problem of employee administration information systems at the Parongpong District offrce and assist the Parongpong District government in making decisions relating to employee administration problems.
