IhIDUSTRI TELEKOMI]NIKASI INIX)I\IE SIA (PERSERO) Byt Christopan Rioni Waruwu This research is carried out to find out the role of audit compliance and the implementation of human resource function as well as to figure out how the role of audit compliance in the implementation of human resource firnction at PT. Industri Telekomunikasi lndonesia (Persero) The method used in this research is descriptive method, a method involving collection of data in order to test hypothesis or to answer question conceming the current status of the subject of the study. A set of questionnaire consisting lE question of Audit Compliance and 30 question of ht'man resource function. The result of questionnaire are processed using the Rank Spearman to figure out the correlation between the two variables. From tlte statistical rcsults, the role of audit compliance in the implementation of the human resource function obtained the correlation coefficient, r" : 0,27 which indicates that the correlation of audit compliance in the implementation of the human resouroe function is low and positive. The slgrrificant test Mween the two variables showed that tcotclttated < ttabet (1.5410 < 1.701), which shows that Fla is accepted and tL is rejected, which means that there is no significant relaion to aDdit compliance in the implementation of the human resource fiurction.
