ABSTRACT In the business world is always dynamic and competitive , the perpetrators must always think of ways to survive and if possible develop their business scale . To reach it , there are three requirements to do business , namely the addition of the type and capacity building products , reduction of operating costs , and increase marketing effectiveness and profitability.This study also has the same goal , which is to apply data mining techniques . To provide information that is essential for the smooth running of a business process that is run by the company . Cv . Yova Bersaudara is a company engaged in the distribution of products of daily consumption , which of course resulted in a large sales data . So expect the method of classification data mining algorithm using J48 will help provide information about the predictions (forecast ) sales in the future.
