ABSTRACK INFLUENCE OF EMPLOYEES JOB SATISFACTION TO EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE AT PT. IDS MAI\ruTACTURING By: Eliza[s16 14u6tra Lumban Tobing The purpose of this study was to find out how employees job satisfaction, knowing how the performance of employees and knowing how to influence employees job satisfaction to employees performance in pT. IDS Manuhcturing Indonesia. This research was conducted using descriptive methods, where data is collected based on redl circrmstances, processed, analyzed and finally a conclusion. Data were collected thro"qh intenriews and questionnaires. In general the result of data processing can be se€n that the level of employee satisfrction on PT. IDS Manuhchring Indonesia is very satisfied, it expressed its satisfrction with the result of the perc.entage of 76%. In general the result of data processing can be seen that the performance of employees at PT. tDS Manufachring Indonesia is very good, where the performance had an average percentage of 80%o. Based ona Spearman Rank cnrrelalion analysis showed strong relationships between the variables X (employee satisfaction) with the y variable (employees perfonnances), or correlation coefficient rs = 0.522 means that there is the strong and positive. The amount for thidtns is 4.896 and t so6"1 is 1.860, so Ho is rejected, meaning that drere is a positive and significant influence between employee satisfaction with employee perfomrance. The coefficient of determination of 27 .25o/o, while the rest equal to 72.75%o influenced by other factors outside the study.
