PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK BERBASIS CLOUD COMPUTING ABSTRACT By: Marzuki The development of information technology is growing up fast from year to year and extends to various fields. One field is education. Moreover, with the development of technologies such as Cloud Computing can create a solution that is easier in recording administrative and operational activities of the school. This system is expected to help schools, especially Adventist schools in Indonesia. The method used in this research is the method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) which starts from requirement analysis, design, coding and testing. The purpose of this research is to build academic information system as expected by Adventist colleges and facilitate users of the system in storing and searching for data administration and school operations. As a result, academic information system based cloud computing can support the administration and operational of the school, where the school just need a computer and internet access in which payments will be made in accordance with the amount of usage (on demand) and this system can improve efficiency in data collection in schools. Development and improvement of academic information system should be in trying to implement, has a right of access for parents and require superadmin to control all of school as a whole.
