The data werc proc€ssed using SPSS stati$ical tool of version I 7 in the analysis of correlation coefficient sipificance tes' The research was conducted by using data from year 2009 CGPI index at 14 non' financial issuers with average yield index of 78.54 (trusted). while the value of the firm as measured by Tobin's Q ratio with 'the average ratio of l'99 (overvalued). The hypothesis of this research is that there is a positive influence for good corporate goverwmce asessment of the value of the company' The resnlts showed that the assessment of good corynrate goveftance in public issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange has a low relationship. It is shown ftom the acquisition results ofr = 0.375, whereas the sigpificance test is obtained t6tuns (1.403) is smaller than 4ab"t (2.179), the Ho acceptable means there is no sipificant relationship between variables x (Assessment GCG) with a variable Y (valueoftheCompany).Andbasedonthecoefficientofdetermination=14.1%, indicating that the compan/s value is atrected by the rating of good corporate govemance and the rcmaining 85.9% influenced by other factors.
