ABSTRACT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MARKETING COSTS AND CORPORATE INCOME INPT. TELEKOMUNIKASI INDONESIA, TBK, BANDT'NG By Lambok Allferido Naibaho The Study was conducted the relationship between marketing costs and revenues in PT Telekomunikasi lndonesia Tbk. In theory, the cost of marketing has a positive relationship. Where as marketing costs have increased the value of the company's revenue will increase and vice versa. Type of research and quantitative data collection methods used are literature and observation methods. Type of data used is secondary. Based on the results showed that the amount of marketing expenses during 2006 to 2012, ut increase of 29.82%o in 2007, an increase of 46.76% in 2008, a decrease of 4% n 2009, an increase of 10.52%o in in 2010, an increase of 22.96%o in 2011, a decrease of 5.95% in 2012. AIso note that the amount of revenue during 2006 to 2012, an increase of 13.70%o in 2007, an increase of 2.06%o on rahun 2008, an increase of 10.33% in 2009, an increase of l.39Yo in 2010, an increase of 3.68% in 2011, an increase of 8.600/o in 20t2. Based on the statistical analysis it is known that there is a very strong positive relationship between marketing costs and revenues. Correlation coefficient r obtained by calculation is 0.92, which means there is a strong positive relationship. Hipotsis test in get that t is greater than t table then Ho is rejected. In other words there is a relationship between marketing costs and revenues. Koefisisen determination gained 84.43% ndicates that a variable can be explained by income amounted to 84.43o/o variable marketing and other variables outside ofthe study by 15%.
