PENGARUH PENGELOLAAN MODAL KERJA TERHADAP PERUBAHAN LABA OPERASI PADA PT.XXX

The purpose of this research is done to rrndetstand the change in in the modal of work, how the changes in profrt of operation are, and to how the influence of work modal towards the changes in profit of operation in PT. )OO( In this research the method used was the descriptive metho4 nAere the data collected was real, aralpe( and conclusion taken. Whereas the technique in processing the data used was statistic analysis which are regression analysis, correlatioo arialysis and financial ratios, and to loow whether the hypothesis is accepted or rejected uses the t hypothesis test, and to loow what the effects of the two variables are us€s determined coefficient analysis. Based on the result of the research it is found that the highest work modal from the .lear 2007 until 2010 was achieved in 2010 at an amoutrt ofRp. 12.543.933.690 and the lowest rn 2007 at the amount of Rp. 4.087.619.477, and the highest profit in operatron was in 2010 at the amount of W. 19.479.426.383, whereas the lowest profit in operation was in 2007 at the amount ofRp. 9.109.532.131. PT is based on financial ratios. PT. X)O( found that the ratio has fluctuated from year 2007 -2010, however the operating profit remained up from year to year. Based on statistical analysis it is found the linear regression statement y :3.994.373.632 + 1,26650507 4 where the profit in operation will remain at Rp.3.994.373 632 although tle clean work data is not there. Based on ttre correlation analysis r:0,9403, which mean there is a strong and positive affect between work modal and operation profit. Based on the hypothesis test it is found that \tub:2,920 and t"o-, =3,907, therefore t-.nr > tor thus Ho is rejected which means that there is a sipificant affect between work modal and operation profit^ The determined cod6cient:88y'2 which shows that the operation profit is affected by work modal by 88,42% and the remaining 1 1,58% is caused by other factors beyond the research.
