ABSTRACT THT ROLE OF OPERATIONAL AI,]DIT TO STJPPORTING SALES EF'FECTIVEI\TESSAT PT. EURO PIPDIRECT INDO by: Zeckrry Sebbothin Pandiengen This study aims to det€rmine the operational audi! examine the effectiveness of sales, knowing role of operational audit in supporting sales effectiveness at PT, EURO P2P DIRECT INDO, which is located in St. West Boulevard Blok A, Kelapa Gading, North Jatarta In this research, writer used descriptive method which data collected by the interview were analyzed qualitatively, the study documentation werc analyzed qualiatively, and questionnaires were anal).zed statistically. Based on the results of the research know that PT. EURO P2P DIRECT INDO has performed op€rational audits very good. This can be seen from the stages of the operational audit of the run, from the preliminary phase, phasedepth audis, prcparation ofreports, and follow-up phase has been done very well. PT. ELIRO P2P DIRECT INDO sales effectiveness in the period January to Deceinber 2010 amounted 96%, which mean arE effective, where the tolerance level of lW/o. Based on statistical analysis using Spearman Rank correlation Is:0.67, mesns the role of operational auditing to the sale effectiveness are quiet srong and positively. From the hypothesis test conduct showed that t -mu.a: 3.610 and L;-r= 1.337 with o = 0.10 so t calculated subscript > t critical subscript and then Ho is rcjected, means that there is a significant and positive relationship between audit operational and sales effectiveness. The coefficient of determination, KD- tl4.t9olo, rvhich means that operational audit is influenced in supporting sales effectiveness, and the rernaining 55.I l% influenced by other factors beyon this research.
