This study aims to determine how the amount of working capital, the amount of operating income, and to know how the influence of working capital against operational income at PT. Sistemindra Kontrolindo. The research method used in this research is descriptive method, where data is collected based on the real situation, then processed, anallzed and finally a conclusion. Technique of data collecting conducted with the study documentation. The data obtained are processed by statistical analysis of Pearson product moment correlation coefficient analysis, hypothesis testing and analysis koefien determination. Working capital during the period of six years as a whole showed an increase and decrease. In 2005 to 2006 increased by 30.14Yo, in 2006 to 2007 fell by 9.76Yo, in 2007 to 2008 increased by 191.29%, in 2008 to 2009 increased by 69.55%, the year 2009 to year 2010 working capital decreasedby 32.63%. The operating income in 2005 to 2006 decreased by 14.2% in 2006 to 2007 increased by 66.7%, irt 2007 to 2008 decreased by 8.2%, in 2008 to 2009 decreased by 40.17%o and in 2009 to 2010 increased by 117.2%. Based on the calculation result obtained by statistical analysis of the results of correlation coefficient = 0.1370 which shows the influence of working capital and eamings are strong. From the results of hlpothesis tests performed, showed t count is smaller than t table is 0.2793 <2.776. So it can be concluded Ho is accepted, meaning that working capital has no effect in increasing operating income. r - 0.1370 means that working capital is a strong relationship and the direction of the operating income. dd f,r
