The purpose of this research is to know the vesting policy of credit insurance, level of collection effectiveness of credit insurance, and policy role of vesting of credit insurance in reaching collection effectiveness of credit insurance at PT. Bank Mandiri ( persero), Tbk Kanwil VI Bandung. From research which has been done writer was able to figure out the policy exercise of vesting credit insuran in reaching collection effectiveness at PT. Bank Mandiri ( Persero), Tbk Kantor Wilayah VI Bandung is as seen from credit policy which has been specified. collection of credit inswance is effective, as seen from realization of collection of credit insurance in the year 2008 with attainment of average equal to 94,30o/o. From the result of statistical analysis correlation coefficient rank spearman equal to 0,8155 showing existence of a positive and strong relationship. Testing of sipificansi between both variables t calculated value : 5.080 > t critical value : 1.771 there by Ho is rejected- Coefficient of determination ( KD) : 65.50%, is meaning that level of collection effectiveness of credit insurance shown by policy role of vesting of credit insurance equal to 65.500/o, while the rest 33.507o shown by other factors.
