ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF REGTON TAX INCOIITE TO!\'ARDS THE LOCAL REGION INCOME ON CIMAHI CITY. By: Rudolf Togap Simanj untak The rwiter is conducted the research with the purpose to know the region tax income, to knorv hou, local region tar income, and to knory the effect of the budget and the implementation of the regron tax income torvards local region income on Cimahi City. In this research, the research method being used is descriptive method, where as data is acquired based on real circumstances, analyzed then be concluded. The technique on data gathering is through interview and documented study. The data collected from interviews is processed in qualitative manner and documented study is processed by using statistic analysis, which is coefficient corelation analysis, hypothesis test, and determinant analysis. The result of percentage calculahon of the attainment region tax receipt in the city of Cimahi in the year of 2002 to 2010 were achieved as: in the yeat of 2OO2 amounted to 104.7yo, on 2003 was 108.3%, on 2004 was 131.8%, on 2005 was 11.60/o, on 2006 rvas 104.7%, on 2007 was 103.7Vo, on 2008 was 105%, on 2009 was 108.8%, on 2010 was 115.6%. The attainment of the local eamings targetted were attained averagely by 107.06% The attainment ofthe target Local Region Revenues lowest in the year 2009 (97 5lo/o), while the highest achievements obtained in 2004 (124.04%) Based on the product moment coefficient statistic analysis shows there is a relationship the region tax receipt with the local region revenues of Cimahi City is positive and very strong. From the hypothesis test had done, t count is greater than t table. This result shows that Ho rejected. The contribution of local tax revenues torvards the local region income as 92.16Yo, while the rest are 7.84%o was effected by other factors outside of this research.
