ABSTRACT DESIGN OF ROOM RESERVATION INFORMATION SYSTEM ON HOTEL CHERISH LEMBANG-BANDUNG WEB BASED EVA ROSALINA NIM: 1181003 Rooms reservation at Hotel Cherish Lembang-Bandung was still manually so can pose a problem for the hotel and the guests. Such problems may included lack of information obtained by the guests, room reservation process take a long time because the receptionist should check the availability of rooms in the bookkeeping of the reservation. Therefore, the author have the intention to designed a web-based reservation room system on hotel Cherish Lembang Bandung, with the aimed that the room reservation process can be done easily. The method used by the author was (1) Planning is the author of the design planned room reservation system (2) Analysis Requirement that the authors analyze the problems that occur as well as the necessary requirements in designing a room reservation system, (3) Design is the author designed the display room reservation system, and (4) Coding is the author uses a particular programming language to build a room reservation system that has been designed . With the existence of new system, guests could get a more completed hotel room information, room reservation process can be easily compared with the reservation process the old rooms,and the receptionist was more easily create reports bookings Keywords: Information Systems, Room Reservations, Hotel, Web
