The aim of this research is to identifr the working capital tumover, financial performance and the effect of working capital tumover in the financial performance of PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk. Bandung Indonesia- The method used in this rcsearch is descriptive metho4 where data is collected based on fact, is presented, analyzed and conclusions drawn. Data was collected with the study documentation. The data used are the balance sheet and income statement of PT. Ulfajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk. Bandung Indonesia rhe ,nal)zes that is used in this study are the correlation coefficient analysis, hypothesis and significance tests, regression analysis, and analysis of the coeffi cient of determination. The survey results revealed that the hmover of working capital of PT. Ulfajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk. Bandung lndonesia fluctuated during the l0 years starting in 200l-2012. The lowest working capital tumover occurred in 2004 is equal to 1.60 times, While the highest tumover of working capital in 2006 is equal to 12.72 times. Financial performance also fluctuates during l0 years. The ratio of the lowest financial performance in 2004 was 0.34%o arrd the highest in 2008 in the am owrt of 17.670/o. Based on a statistical calculation of the correlation coefficient r : 0.029 which shows the relationship working capital turnover is very low on financial performance and positive. Hypothesis test is shown with Fr,ir -9.58 > Ftab -5.32 which means that Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Obtained rcgression equation y : 0.00(X + 0.01 X which indicates that the working capital tumover has sipificant effect on the financial performance of PT. tJltrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk. Bandung I-ndonesia and the coefficient of detennination of 0.08%, which means that the working capital turnover contributed to the financial performance of 0.08% and the remaining 99.92%o is caused by other factors outside the study.
