PERANAN AUDIT OPERASIONAL TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. ULTRAJAYA MILK INDUSTRY DAN TRADING COMPANY, Tbk

This research was meant to find out how the role of operational audit on employee's work productivity at PT. Ulhajaya Milk lndustry and Trading Company, Tbk is going. The methods used in this research is descriptive method, i.e with collecting primary data-related issues, i.e. by submitting a questionnaire consisting of 15 operational audit statements and 17 questions for employee's work productivi ty. Questionnaire data are statistically processed using SPSS 16 for later use as a reference to calculate the magnitude of the correlation between the two variables. Based on the results of research conducted we can see the implementation of operational audit in this company have been implied very well. This can be seen from the calculation of the value amounting 4.7044 which means the implementation of operational audit have been implied very well in this company. Based on the results of research conducted we can see that the productivity of employee's work is very we1l. Where it can be seen from the calculation of the average value of 4.4027 which means the productivity of employee's work is very well. Based on analysis by the use of Pearson Product Moment statistical correlation, we could obtained the result of a correlation coefficient r : 0.111 which gives an indications that there's a very low relation between the operational audit and the productivity of employee's work.The hypotheses test shows that t7,;1,,, < 166.;, or 0,593 < 1.701, which means Ho is accepted. Then the coefficient of determination orKd = 0.012 which means 1,2 o% of employee's work productivity is affected by operational audit. And the remaining of 98,8 % affected by another factor outside of this research.
