ABSTRACT SYSTEM INFORMATION DESIGN FOR LISTING OF PROPERTY SALES CLOUD-BASED Andre Harun Tinumpahan Sinaga NIM: 1281005 Cloud computing technology is giving everyone the fast, precise, and accurate information. Cloud computing technology is expected to provide information on developments of property sales. It stands to the needs of a company, especially companies in the field of property to apply these technologies to deliver property sales information to their consumers. The purpose of making this system were to provide information to prospective buyers about the properties that being sale /rent, to provide sales report information to the property company. The method used in this system were planning, needs analysis, design, construction, testing report. The system has been designed to provide convenience for the consumers in asking the property agent. By reporting their company's employee performance to the company it could see the progress of the company. The researcher concluded that, Listing of property sales system was expected could help consumers to choose properly which properties will be purchased /rented. The recording system and property sales was expected to help consumers in asking the agent about the details of property chosen by the consumer.
